This is the personal blog of Jim Mussell. Here, I blog about various topics in the digital humanties, nineteenth-century studies, and media history. I also use this site to publish the various papers, chapters and talks produced as part of my research.

I am currently Professor of Nineteenth-Century Print Cultures at the University of Leeds. From 2007-2013 I was lecturer in English at the University of Birmingham.
